Niacin, also known as vitamin B3 is one of the essential human nutrients. Antidepressants during Pregnancy Won’t Harm Baby’s Heart – Study

Antidepressants taken during the first three months of pregnancy don't appear to increase the risk of heart defects in babies, new research suggests. Women Found to Suffer More Than Men After Suffering a Stroke
