West Valley man alerts of scam involving jury duty


On Thursday, Feb. 14, 2014, Layne Wilson got a call. The call made, asked him to pay a fine for failing to report for jury duty. Wilson was aware that the call was a scam and wanted to notify others. WEST VALLEY CITY: A 49-year-old man was hit by a vehicle and run over by two others Thursday night in West Valley City. The victim who suffered multiple broken bones is now in a stable condition.
