NASA announced that Dawn spacecraft has successfully managed to map dwarf planet Ceres’ dimly lit portions where scientists believe that there could be several ice deposits within billion-year-old craters. New Horizons Probe Readies for Rendezvous with another Kuiper Belt Object

NASA’s New Horizons probe, which made history last summer with its flyby of dwarf planet Pluto, was given the green light to travel deeper into the Kuiper Belt and explore another Kuiper Belt object, dubbed 2014 MU69.
