Obesity epidemic goes global, study finds 30 percent of world’s population overweight

About 29 percent of the world's population, i.e. 2.1 billion people, were either overweight or obese in 2013, says a study released on Thursday. Bullied 16-year-old Edgar Hernandez loses 200 pounds, Completes Marathon

Everyone in 16-year-old Edgar Hernandez’s family had a weight problem. His parents also developed type 2 diabetes in their forties. But Edgar’s case was the biggest concern.
