Toyota Leads Reliability Top Dominated by Japanese Brands

Consumer Reports 2014 Annual Reliability Survey has been released on Monday. The most reliable car brands in the US are Lexus, Toyota and Mazda. Both Toyota brands managed to keep the top positions they enjoyed last year. A Toyota brand sits on top of the ranking for the eighth year in a row. FDA reviews safety of caramel coloring after Consumer Reports study

Taking cognizance of the health hazards of caramel colorings in food products, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has decided to review its safety parameters in order to determine whether the agency should act to limit consumers’ exposure to it.
