Man Treated for Rabies

A man is being treated for rabies after he was scratched by a bat that was infected with the rabies virus at Lake Crescent this month. This information was released to the public by the Olympic National Park officials on Monday. They said the man is 59 years old and he’s currently being treated with the anti-rabies shot. Scientists develop ‘bat- inspired’ small flying vehicle

Scientists are planning to develop small flying vehicles known as ‘micro air vehicles’. The vehicle will have flapping wings inspired by wing motions of a bat. Researchers at Virginia Tech, US are studying how bats use their wings to fly. They will apply that knowledge toward designing the flying vehicle.
