US judge calls Oklahoma ban on same-sex marriage unconstitutional

A federal judge has overturned Oklahoma's ban on same-sex marriage, saying it violates the U.S. Constitution. The decision has been welcomed by the supporters of the same-sex weddings. UK firm TomCo Energy seeks mining operations in Uintah County

London-based public firm TomCo Energy has filed a proposal with the Utah Division of Oil, Gas and Mining seeking large mining operations in the southeast part of Uintah County. Man Accused of Making Fraud Credit Cards Arrested In Sandy

Sandy- Sandy police, over the weekend arrested a man from a local motel, who was found guilty of making duplicitous credit cards using existing credit card numbers. Utah man appealed guilty in strange case of forcible sex abuse

Rodger Kelly, from St. George convicted of having sex with his unconscious neighbor saying that he was trying to warm her up. He stated in his defense that it was a ‘Life Saving Act’ from his side. Suicide an emerging issue in some Utah jails

A jail worker on March 10, 2011 found Cory Jex hanging from a shower head. Cory didn’t followed to the cafeteria for a meal that day. He was on life support for three days before he died.
