Adrian Peterson Released on Bond Following Child Abuse Accusations

Adrian Peterson, the star running back for the Minnesota Vikings was released on bond after having been taken into custody in Texas on Saturday morning. The athlete was indicted on child abuse charges after he used a branch when disciplining his son. Six-Time N.H.L. All-Star Carol Vadnais Dies at 68

Carol Vadnais, a six-time N.H.L. All-Star who played for Stanley Cup championship teams with both the Montreal Canadiens and the Boston Bruins, died on Sunday in Laval, Quebec, at 68.
