Polar announced the release of its new Android smartwatch in the next couple of months. The company is well known for its fitness-tracking technology, but it seems that they want to go to the next level with their new device powered by Android Wear.
Polar’s goal is not only to hold one of the most powerful and accurate devices but to innovate when it comes to style.
The new tracker comes equipped with one of the most accurate heart rate monitors which uses six led lights and an algorithm that fulfills all expectations. And if that’s not enough, the company’s HRM chest strap can be paired with the smartwatch for maximum accuracy.
At the bottom of the display, it has a quick access button that can quickly enter the exercise tracking mode. Also, the smartwatch can monitor your sleep and inform you if you have been inactive for a long time, thus encouraging you to reach you daily exercise goal.
The Polar M600 fitness tracker is waterproof, allowing users to utilize the device to track swimming activities. It has a silicon strap that can easily be washed or replaced with different colored bracelets.
The smartwatch comes equipped with a Gorilla Glass screen, GPS and a 500mAh battery that will last for about 48 hours before needing a recharge.
The daily activity will sync to Google Fit or other similar apps. Nevertheless, everyone will want to buy this gadget for its training programs and fitness plans. With this tracker, you will also have access to the running programs that are believed to be the most wanted which will offer personalized training for runners from beginners to experts. It has a 5 kilometers, 10 kilometers, half marathon and full marathon coaching program.
The Android smartwatch can monitor pretty much any sport you will want to practice accurately and give you a clear image of your daily activity due to its six led heart rate monitor.
Polar announce that the new smartwatch will be available later this year for the price of approximately 350 dollars in either powder white or charcoal black.
