DEER VALLEY — A Florida skier died on Tuesday after colliding with a tree at Deer Valley Resort. Provo: A judge on Tuesday said Martin MacNeill, a convicted wife-killer, must have his mental competency evaluated before an unrelated sex abuse case goes forward.
